2018 Fuse roof

I am a new owner and in April I took my rv in to the dealer for de-winterization and then went on a 2 week rv trip. When I got home I noticed some wiring coils sticking up above the roof line. I am sure it didn't look like that before and I think when the dealer was cleaning the roof a shield was removed that covered the wires. I don't have a picture of the roof when it was new so I can't be sure. Does anyone know anything about this? And where I can get it fixed?

It happened last April, and you're just asking about it now? Is this a wind up?
Assuming it's for real...
Where along the roof line in relation to the side walls are the "wire coils" sticking up?
If they are above the side entry door, they're probably the solar panel wires, or you may be seeing the opened dust caps from the roof mounted panel combiner, and that's normal, if the panels are plugged in.

Here's a video with an aerial shot of the Fuse roof. At the 8 minute mark.
