2018 Minnie 26A bed

Just curious... how do those of you that have a 26A with the slide out bed handle bedding? We have not used our new RV yet, but it looks like it will be a real bother to have to make the bed up every time and tear it down every time you open/close the slide. I guess that double sleeping bag would work, but it sure isn't as nice as real bedding.

We put a 2 inch short queen memory foam mattress on ours. Flannel sheets and a blanket and just fold the whole thing up when retracting the slide. It's easy, but sort of a pain to make up.

We just fold the mattress in half. Grab the front and flip it to the back. Then hit the slide. The bed stays made with a minimal of fuss. I was never very good at making beds as my mother will attest to. It would kill me if I had to make the bed every morning. Your only access to cabinets while traveling or the two above the bed and the right hand wardrobe closet door. Make sure you store your wallet, keys, medicines, or whatever else you need while traveling in one of those cabinets or you're forced to pull over and do a slide.
