Aspect 30c Shower question

I recently purchased a 2011 Aspect 30c and took it our for a few days on a shakedown cruise One problem: No light in the shower in spite of what looks like a light fixture in the ceiling. Can anybody tell me what the circular object is?

Looks like my shower - light bulb must be out that circle uncrews to expose the bulb, tray a rubber jar opener if it is hard to get off.

Not a light, no switch anywhere. Also, Winnebago 12V lighting circuit diagrams do not show anything there. The light in the pic is because the shower ceiling is a skylight. The item in question does not rotate nor will it pull down; rigidly held in place. Cannot see any openings that would make it a vent. ??????

OK, back to the RV today and checked the shower overhead. Turns out, it IS a light, takes 1/4 turn (kinda tight) to remove the globe, then a 1141 bulb was inside. Inspected the bulb, looked OK but it failed a continuity test, so I will need a replacement. When I do, I will be able to find which switch turns it on and off.

Oddly, Winnebago's Wiring Inst-Body, 12V side-wall drawing does not show the shower light, however, it is on the ceiling/roof drawing and is called out as a LSH-3 (LampSHower-3, the -3 is the style) which is shown on the electrical callouts as a shower dome light as grtharris outlined.

Thanks to all who responded, appreciate your help.
