Is the seat difficult to move or is there an obstruction of come kind? I'm not familiar with the Minnie, but in our RV you have to have everything "just so" to get the driver's seat turned around, and even then it can be a struggle. Seat back totally upright, arms folded, seat at just the right position to clear the steering wheel, etc.
