I called Carefree today and was told the manuals on their site were not up to date. I tried to attach the manual they sent me but it is 3.7Mb and exceeds the 2Mb limit.

How did you get an answer there. Been on hold for 2 hours. Nothing. Recommend a time and day to call.

Call them just after they open at 8am mountain time or 10am eastern time and you will get through much faster. Probably helps to make the call early in the week also. Sometimes they are late opening the phone lines.

Finally got a live person calling at 10:30AM eastern when they opened. Took months to get through but I can finally go forward. Thanks

Bad motor

I am currently waiting on a new motor for my 21D. The awning was used 5x and then it just popped out. The plastic piece broke off the motor. Waiting now for a new motor and i will be getting a bill for 1k.
