ion conversion in a Navion

I have a 2019 Navion. I intend to do lots of boon docking and in the two trips I have made so far I know I need and want more capacity than my stock batteries are giving me.
Who has made the transition to Ion batteries in a Sprinter class C and what did it require in terms of equipment upgrades/change out...i.e. converter, inverter, charging system from chassis to coach while driving, solar charging management, etc. In already have read and understand the cost involved and that is not what I am concerned about at this point. Just trying to understand what I would need to do to make this happen as well as determine if it is something I can do myself ...yes I am handy and knowledgeable enough to do this ,just need to educate myself on the equipment and how it interacts.
