I ended up puling the microwave out, and there is a lot of room back there to get a cable in from the roof as well as route it down to the floor behind the front face of the cabinets, and in my case all the way to beside the electrical power center near the door where I will be placing the MPPT solar controller.
It's also right beside the batteries under the stair, so a short run (under the RV) to get to the batteries. There are holes already there to get under the RV and back up to the battery compartment. They have insulation in the holes to the cabinets, so that needs to be removed and replaced. Or perhaps just make a hole in the insulation big enough for the wires to the batteries.
Yup, that is basically what I did on my 31K. I came down from the roof through the fridge vent, down through the fridge floor from the outside access compartment, which brings you into the dead space underneath the fridge and all the cabinets. Ran the wires forward to the electrical panel area. Was actually a pretty easy install, compared to other rigs I have run wiring on.
I routed the cables down through the awning strut and drilled a hole up by the bunk, where I installed the solar charge controller. I used plastic raceway from Home Depot to cover the cables down to the battery box. I mounted an inverter on the end of the lower kitchen cabinet. https://www.winnieowners.com/forums/...albums209.html
