Setting stops on Power Gear slide on Navion.

Has anyone been successful in setting the stops on your slide after a major error? Seems like they could have made this a lot easier. Called Power Gear and they won't even talk to you. Thanks in advance.

Switch control panel was bad, replaced and was able to reset the stops with no problem. No need to take to shop.
