5,000 lbs is not necessarily your towing limit, it is likely less. Your numbers are as follows:
GVWR=11,030
GCVWR=15,250
Hitch Capacity 5,000
and you should not exceed any of them
meaning if you are loaded for a trip and towing, you can't weigh more than 15,250 total. At your fully loaded GVWR of 11,030 that leaves only 4,220 for a toad. To tow 5,400 lbs the motorhome can only weigh 9,850 and you are most likely at or over that already before you even put people and gear on board, not to mention the hitch rating
and it's attachment is only 5,000 lbs.
So my answer is no, this is a bad idea.
