2018 Winnebago View :
Found cracks on the shower surround moving away from the shower bar holder. I contacted Winnebago and they stated 3 years structural warranty then denied. Has anyone else had this issue? Seems I have to replace the shower surround which I expect is very costly and time consuming. I don’t think a shower should crack after 4 years and it’s seems the cause is the over tightening of the screws for the shower bar which Winnebago installed.
We had the same issue in our unit 3 years ago. I drilled a hole at the end of the crack to prevent it from continuing to run. I then glued the crack, let it dry then, and place EternaBond tape over the crack. It has been fine ever since.

Thanks for the reply , seems no way to fix cracks except replace the shower surround
I have considered my cracks fixed for over 3 years. Yes, you can replace it at a substantial cost. Ours was a very cheap fix and nobody sees it except us when we take a shower. Do a search on YouTube, someone has a video on exactly how to do it.

There is also a way with a soldering iron. They gouge the crack, and then blend it in with a cable tie to fill the gouge. That sucks that they dont wont to fix it. I would drill the two small holes and tape it.
The shower in my ‘16 View was cracked when I purchased from the dealer. Same location as yours.
Selling dealer contacted Winnebago and they shipped a new surround to my home. Dealer said to take it to any local Winnebago dealer and have it replaced at their expense.
I don’t trust the workmanship at most places so I opted to do my own install. I do all my own servicing and upgrades. The surround wall behind the cross bar needs support to prevent the crack from reoccurring. A lot of work but at least I know it was done right.
