2401RG Storage question

We have what looks like two floor cabinets, one on either side of the bed that seem to be empty but there is no access - has anyone modified these? Are they empty?

Is that not the location of your pass-through? I know that area seems to stick far into the trailer. Check under the bed and see if the storage area back wall is in line with the faces of those floor cabinets you mention.

Thank you SummitPond - you are correct, it does go into the pass-through - funny because it looks like it's way too far into the coach but a tape measure solved that question....
