Any idea how to get access to this light bulb?

Got an external running light at the top of the camper that has gone out. I'm not sure how you get access to that bulb? Would it screw off from the front? I can't see anyway you would get access to behind it.

Unless there's access from inside it almost has to screw off. If it's not already LED I'd look for an LED replacement.
