Smile Any other Minnie Plus 30RLSS owners out there?

Hi all, looking for other Minnie Plus owners! My hubby and I just took our’s out for the first time last weekend. It rained so we didn’t get any outside pictures but will post some after our next trip out! Ours has a fireplace, 2 air conditioners, power leveling system and lots of storage. We are in Georgia and will be visiting Vogel state park, McKinney COE campground, Pigeon Forge and Stone Mountain this year. Looking forward to meeting you!

We just picked ours up in Michigan taking it out weekend of 27-29.
Quick question where did you mount toilet paper holder? Does seem to be a convenient spot?

Glad to meet you! We have not decided where to mount the tp holder yet. If you pick a spot please let me know - we couldnt agree on a spot so Andy wants to get a stand holder. Cant wait to hear how your outing goes with your new trailer!

Never thought of a stand that may work better.

Just went on a shake down weekend trip to Harbortown Campground in Monroe MI. Love the trailer it is everything we wanted. No major problems that would require a service trip to dealer. Towed great with F150 on a windy day!

So no big issues after first trip that require service! Hot water tank plug leaked they didn’t use Teflon tape! Low point drains were open had to fine them under kitchen sink panel on floor that is no longer screwed in for quicker access..... Lucky we found that right sink drain wasn’t even connected before we ran water. Waiting for counter top by stove to come in this was cracked when stove was installed if dealer hadn’t pointed it out you wouldn’t notice. Can’t wait for second trip to Soaring Eagle Campground next weekend!

I’m not sure that Andy found it either. I will double check with him. I know he drained it once by just running the water in the sink and filling the gray tank then draining it out.
Happy travels!!

You'll see a white valve underneath about midway on the passenger side to drain the fresh water tank.

My new minnie plus 26RBSS had water leaking from all over from drains. Found 1 white shutoff driver side behind wheels. Another 2 valves ....Had to remove kitchen drawer and reach arms length to shut off 2 valves left open. Finally grey dump valve stuck open. Tried to get dealer to schedule a repair but they never returned calls for appointment.
Note trailers delivered to california in Winter drive through salted roads and all bottom metal parts become corroded. Dealer told me that was a dummy valve and not used. The dummy turned out to be me when I took the cap off. Lucky it was grey tank of which I have 2 and 1 black.
I was able to fix this stuff myself.

Really enjoying this thread. We are down to choosing a 30RLSS or a Grand Design. Both seem like great rigs.

Added these to storage area for sway bars and long stuff. Two vinyl 8’ fence poles cut in half and capped.

We just brought our 30RLSS home last Saturday. The first time we opened the biggest slide, several gallons of water leaked onto floor, table and recliners. It seems like the seals (multiple) are not working. We have not used the trailer yet. Anyone else have this problem?
