Bumper Mounted Hitch, Minnie 2500 RL

Can my 2019 Minnie 2500RL bumper handle a bumper mounted hitch to hold 2 45# kayaks in addition to the spare tire?

Somewhere I read that the bumper on our Minnies, we have a 2250DS, is only rated for 70#. I would like to put 2 - 42# electric bikes in addition to the spare tire on my bumper but I don't have the nerve to do it at this point. If you want to do it you might put one of these on your bumper.
