I also agree but I find it weird that none of you ever question this before I raise it; since this seam to have been going on at least since 2018 if not before!

Nope, it's a different design started much more recently. My 2106DS has a different design.

From my inspection at the lot of my dealer all the units had the same flaw for the 2020; would be interesting to know exactly when this issues appeared? I was under the impression that older unit also had the issues*from previous post

How was your unit shower dome design? Single or double? Can you touch the insulation from your shower?

I can't touch anything right now because it's in storage, but I did look at it after this thread started and it was different. But no, I do not remember being able to touch insulation.
