You simply have to look at other similar used RVs for sale online and price it line with those prices.
What you paid originally... and what you've added to the TT don't really matter. Pretty much all that matters is what others are selling theirs for. If buyers can buy one cheaper they will not buy yours.
The solar installation.may help your TT sell faster but it won't really add anything to your price. Well, maybe a little bit but nothing like what you paid for the solar install. If you make your price higher because of the solar then buyers will buy a cheaper TT and add their own solar... or not.
PS. You don't have a Winnebago 2301... you have a Winnebago Minnie 2301BHS. For best results, always include the full name and model when trying to sell - or asking for advice.

I just bought a 2022 Minnie 2301BHS on 8/30/22 that was marked down to $32,000. Didn’t have any extra solar other than what came stock. I think there is a price adjustment on the horizon in the RV world.
It would be best to look at RVTrader for your area to see what they are selling for. Prices are very different, depending on where you are located. One problem you will run into is finding a used 2022.
