Corner trim cracking 2023 Micro Minnie 2108TB

My corner trim strips have a plastic insert that is cracking. It runs the full length of the corner trim strip.

Can that plastic strip be replaced without having to replace (and seal) the entire corner?

We don't have the same RV but I have a similar insert on the corner trim of my RV. It is held on with a screw at the top and another one at the bottom. Remove the screws and the trim slides out the track from the bottom. You may have to remove some other piece of trim to get to the screws. The plastic trim strip is decorative only and hides the screws that are in the track behind it. I would think you can find replacement trim pretty easily but the color probably wont match. You might be able to find some matching automotive touchup paint at a car parts store.

Thank you Bones2003. ... good to know it's an easy fix. I will look to buy that replacement material in black. If it's close I'll be okay with that.
