Frost Free Refrigerator for 2024 Micro Winnie 2108FBS

Does GE or anyone make a frost free refrigerator that fits a Micro Minnie?
The ice buildup is getting to be a PITA…
12v would be a plus, haven’t done enuf off grid to see if a propane/electric combo would be worth it, seems like more hassle…
Thx! Bill

Frost free will use at least 30% more energy and even more in wet climates. One way to decrease frost in non frost free units is to be really picky about sealing the liquids stored in the both the freezer and the fridge. The problems are exacerbated in climates that have over 60% humidity. Without shore power a frost free 12 volt or propane unit could be too difficult to build without increasing the weight and size of the unit and still be efficient enough to be economically feasible and reliable IMO.

I am very picky about only ziplock freezer bags sealed for moisture. Fridge Seals are new and good.
Seems I only get about 2-3 weeks before a huge ice chunk develops…
Manual defrost is a pain, I guess an evaporator pan underneath for the water is not practical..
DW is not always so rigid in sealing moisture…

Still a little defrost button to heat up the sides would save some time…
