Furnace/Heater Operation In 2016 Minnie Travel Trailer

Morning,

This was the first time I used the heater on the camper, a minnie. when you select the heat the heater starts up and air flow comes out of the floor vents and the air is flowing through the upper vents (like selecting just he fan mode)
Is this the normal operation both the heater blower and the fan blower both on?
