I have a 2106FBS and wondering if anyone has transported a 65# kayak secured to the roof top? I'm very hesitant but my wife insists that I ask the group.......
Although I don't have any experience with your trailer, I can confidently say that you're going to be much better off with your kayak on top of your tow vehicle. Not only will it be easier to load and unload, it's ready to go after you unhook and want to drive somewhere with the kayak.

I wouldn't add a rack as I know of no roof hard points to mount it to. Assuming you could find a way to strap it down to the roof itself you run the risk of ruining the rubber roof membrane. It could also affect trailer handling with the additional surface area to catch crosswinds. I don't think it is worth the risk.
I'm with BobC about using the TV. One thing that might work if the kayak is small enough is to strap it to the ladder. I think it is rated for 200 or 250 lbs. I'd just make sure the kayak doesn't act like a scoop in the wind and put excess pressure on it. I think keeping it on the TV is the better choice though.
