It seems pretty inaccessible, which isn't great as I'd like to occasionally inspect it to make sure all is well. The best I can figure is to use a camera to poke around in there, possibly via the shore-power connection.

Not model specific but on average the shower flooring is built up from the finished floor. Engineers use this not only for the drain plumbing but also for furnace ductwork. In my bath, the furnace supply duct comes in under the shower. I can remove the difuser and get a pretty decent peak.
Then I found in my coach, the interior wall that separates the bath to the living area has a furnace return air grill. Again, this location is under the shower pan. No duct work, just an open plenum with a vent grill. I remove that grill and can see the full underside of the shower floor. This plenum aides getting air back to the furnace. Look for rectangle shaped grill just above floor level. You may luck out like we did.
