Soft shower floor? 2024 Micro Winnie 2108FBS

It seems my shower pan has more deflection now than it did originally… anyone else experienced this?
I did notice water on the floor and figured I just sprayed some under the door when I was rinsing it. Next day water again.
Upon inspection the compression ring on the lower elbow was unscrewed, and water on the congoleum, did not seem to go through the floor or anything…
Originally there was a 6” area around the drain where the pan would move. Now it seems half the shower pan (middle to back wall) flexes - or maybe my imagination?
I am only 185 pounds… maybe I need to block up under the shower pan?

The floor in our Micro Minnie was soft so I cut some short sections of 2x4 and wedged them in around the plumbing. Works pretty well.

Thanks! I think I will be adding 2 x 4s with some way of keeping them in position, double sided tape or something. When I retightened the elbow collar I used “rector seal” to insure it doesn’t leak again.
Pretty sure nothing got thru the congoleum but not sure if tank support or flooring got wet from below.
