Ok, not only poignant, but hilarious and well produced. Thanks for sharing. The awning is the bane of my RV existence—next to the jacks down beeper of course...

So funny and so true. The first day using the awning on our Mini Drop resulted in banging my head on the supports several times. Now I have big bright colored foam that I wrap around them. A lot of work for a couple of minutes of shade.

Whatever you do, don’t whack your head on them if you’re taking Bloodthinners!
I developed a brain bleed after one too many whacks.
Started having stroke like seizures while driving the bus with car in tow.
I managed to get it off the road safely.
Received emergency brain surgery (craniotomy) to relieve pressure.
Lucky to still be above ground!
Even though it’s a pain, wrapping with large pool noodles is well worth it!
Rock on!
