I wouldn't rotate tires unless there is an indication of uneven wear pattern, keep in mind that you don't have steer and drive axles like in a car/truck.
As far as lubrication is concerned, you most likely have EZ-Lube axles which makes it easy to change the grease once a year. At the same time jack up each wheel and make sure the wheel bearings aren't loose, they should have a little play.
What does wear out quickly are the plastic suspension bushings. Those are easily upgraded.
