Dry weight 3465 lbs., Our fully loaded weight is in the range of 4500 Lbs. Chassis is steel I-beams. Framing is aluminum. It has double pane windows with black-out shades. Has 34 gal. black and grey tanks and 42 gal. fresh water. It is in excellent condition.
Things we have added: LED lighting, with outside light strips. Accumulator tank for
quieting water pump. Double entry steps. Larger 3 speed reversible fan in bath. Larger type 27 battery 2.5 yrs old. Battery cut-off switch. Tires date code, (3516). Digital thermostat for heat. Weight distribution hitch. New 21’cover never taken out of box .
