Camping World has a good deal on a DL4GMCC Dually Valve Kit for $28.83 (up to $120 elsewhere). This contains extended valve stems that replace your existing valve stems, they are not just extensions. I currently have extensions but am going to get a set of these since they should be more suitable for a TPMS
