I researched the site and found that there are many who have experienced some problems with the Magnadyne radios. Well I am joining the group.

07 Suncruiser with the model 9900 (I think??) Problem is that the radio just turns itself off intermittenly? We are staionary, parked in a campground. Push the power button and it comes back on - in awhile it turns off again. Power is steady to the coach so I know it isn't the source of the problem.

Anyone else experience this???

Have not experienced that particular problem, but have had just about every other failure on two Magnadyne radios. Do you suppose the remote is inadvertantly turning the radio off?

Anyway, my fix was to replace it with a Jenses VR-185 radio purchased on E-bay for $41. Works great!

Tom, I had the exact same problem with my Magnadyne. I finally had it replaced under warranty, and it has not recurred.
