Have you called tech support at RiverPark? Many, many posts on problems with these units on the Yahoo Board. RiverPark is excellent and does their best to get you fixed up.
This may not fix your issues but a new software update was released around the beginning of October. It’s helped fix issues with other users if you haven’t updated recently it wouldn’t hurt to give that a try.
