I've replaced several TVs in my campers over the years. I just went to Walmart, Best Buy, Target, or whoever had the best price. I also always bought the biggest TV that had a compatible mounting hole pattern and that fit in the space. That way, I usually ended up with a larger screen. So far, none of them has shaken apart from the road vibration!
Two things to consider.
1) Some RVs have 12VDC TVs rather than 120VAC powered TVs. This allows the TV to run from battery power. My TVs were all standard 120VAC so I didn't have to worry about that.
2) If you have multiple TVs, it is convenient if they all are the same so that you only need to get used to one style of remote.
