Question 2000 Spirit Water Leak in Bedroom

Hello. New to forum. Spent 2 days searching for help & decided I should just start a new question.

When filling fresh water thru water fill door, I wait till overflow spits water & turn off hose. Lock door & drive down the road. Recently, I've noticed water dripping from somewhere under the bedroom on the driver side but can't see up to where it's coming from. My wife drove the RV for the weekend for the first time & called to tell me there's water completely soaking the carpet in the bedroom. Under the bed is completely wet.

Don't know if it's the fresh water tank. Don't know how to see that. I did see there are some valves between the rear of the queen bed & the rear bulkhead, under an access panel. Went to the Winnebago site & looked at the diagrams, but don't know what these valves are for & if they are involved.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
