Atwood GCH10A-3E 120V Thermostat / ECO replacement

There is a problem with 02 and earlier Atwood GCH10A-3E 120V Thermostat / ECO in the 02-Winnebago Adventurer. If the ECO trips from overheating you have to pull the whole unit out to reset the ECO.

Has ANYONE found a mod or work around for this problem?

I just saw your post - I have been told that there is a small access port on the back side of the installed WH that allows you to reach the reset switch.

Having not ever looked for this on my own I'm really unsure of the information but that's what I have read elsewhere on the internet.
