Fresh Water Tank Winterizing

After I drain my fresh water holding tank there's still an inch of water in the bottom of the tank. When this water freezes will it damage the holding tank?

Mike--that amount of water shouldn't be a problem since there'll be plenty of room for it to expand if it freezes.

The fresh water tank and water heater both have a bit of water remaining after draining, but not enough to matter. Never put RV anti-freeze into either of them.
