How do I access fresh water pump? 1984 22' Chieftain

My 22' 1984 Chieftain has a bad fresh water pump. I have the new pump. The pump is on the driver's side behind the rear wheels. The water tank is in front of the rear wheels.I cannot see any way to get to it other than pull the power panel.

Is that right? I don't need guesses please.

Thanks

I found it! The floor of the closet lifts up and there is the pump.
