There are a couple things to check. The P-trap for stoppage (*assume you've already been there) and the AAV (air admittance valve). I recently installed a new ($25 @ Lowes) AAV in the bathroom. Took all of about 3 minutes after getting the new valve here. This will help get air into the line when the drain is flowing. If there is no air, the drain flows slower.
I replaced this one with https://www.lowes.com/pd/Keeney-1-1-...e-Vent/1069119
the better model that looks like this. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Studor-1-1-...e-Vent/1081741
