Before replacing the seals, re adjust the cable that opens/closes it.
Their is a set screw at the cable on the valve, loosen the set screw, then pull the handle (the one in the wet bay) out approximately 3/8 of a inch, tighten the set screw on the valve. The valve now has 3/8 of an inch more travel to close the valve.
If that doesn't work, change the rubber seals.
I did both and no more leaks.
