Double Door Fridge Drain issue

The water from evaporation is not draining. Have cleaned the inside and made sure the holes in the drip try are open. Where does the water from the drip tray go? I looked for a drain hose underneath the passenger side but did not see one.

Water is draining to the two inside trays.

Any suggestions?

I would be guessing, but if you remove the outside cover for the frig. you will see it. There should be a plastic hose coming from the back of the frig. My Norcold drain hose empties into a small plastic tub. I have had other that the hose just drains to the outside, both however come from the back of the frig.

As stated above the drain hose goes into a evaporation tray in the outside access area. There will be a small plug (with some holes in it) on the outside. It's likely that the plug needs a good cleaning to clear the holes so the water can get out.
