Heat from floor vents won’t turn off

We have a 2015 Suncruiser and can’t get the floor vents to stop blowing hot air. We had to move spots (4 sites from our original one) because the first one we were in we just couldn’t get level. Everything was fine at the first site but now at the new site the floor vents started blowing hot air. We did not have the heat on in the coach. It will stop if we turn off the coach batteries but as soon as we turn them back on, it starts blowing hot air again. We have the ac set to auto. Any idea what the issue is and how to fix it?

Could it be that you accidentally hit the Coach Heat button in the dash area? If you have one and that is on that could cause this issue.
