Thermostat issue

Background: My 2011 Itasca Meridian 40U suffered a pedestal neutral failure a few months back. A/C problems since.

Yesterday I needed heat. This is a 2 zone system. When I selected zone 2 heat, only the zone appears in the display. The mode options are missing. In the cooling mode all is normal. Any ideas?

I'm heading to the roof today to look see at the controller wiring. (I did work on the unit a couple of weeks ago. Roof attachment issue. Another story for another post.)

Rick, so what you are saying is when you view the thermostat for zone 2…the bedroom, there is no “heat elec” showing? That the only option for zone 2. Zone 1 shows options for heat gas and heat elec.

Yes. No heat option; No Electric; No Gas. Just "Zone 2" appears alone with the room temperature.
Heading to the roof shortly. Got pulled of that task yesterday.
