2016 Era 70X Winterization-Valves Water Drain

Hello,
I'm in the process of winterizing for the first time after a recent camper van purchase.
I have identified the toggle hot water tank drain valve, but was not clear on 2 adjacent valves nearby.
Here are the 2 valves located under the rear bench/bench. It wasn't obvious what is the working position and the drainage position for winterizing.
Attached are some photos. Thanks very much for the help.
