There’s not much insulation in any RV. And what there is is broken up with lots of penetrations… slides, windows, door etc.
In short they are routinely too cold in cold temps and too hot in hot temps.
Basically, they are ideally designed to be taken to places that are 70 degrees year round. Which is why no one wants to publicly detail insulation specs.
A “cold weather package” is heated bays/tanks and double pane windows, not thicker walls or roofs with more insulation.
