Two things in my experience with the 12V fridge. We live in Arizona where it sometimes hits 80 degrees as soon as late February, so our temps are always higher. I’m often starting the fridge when it’s 110 degrees in the evening. If I start our fridge in these high temps at 8 pm I can easily load the next morning. I always gave myself a minimum 24 hours at these extreme temps when we had propane.
Second item is that the 12V fridge does not need to be level for optimal operation. This may not be an issue since we want our coach level to operate the slide.
Thanks for the 2 replies! I'm in Florida, so I do likewise - turn it on the night before. The second reply is like a home refr - turn it on in the morning, ready by noon. The non level is a definite plus!
