Driving Through A Mini Tornado

Hello All,

Coming back from our first shake down cruise from Idaho to Cali we saw a few dust devils out in the distance. We were in high dessert country on a two lane road when I pointed out to my DW the tumbleweeds that were circling the road ahead. As we got closer I realized too late how large the devil was hit it at speed. Immediately was pushed two feet into on coming lane, corrected in time to see my uncle do the same thing in my mirror. Thankfully there was no oncoming traffic.

If I every see the tumbleweeds like that again I now know to slow WAY down and hold on tight. This happen to anyone else? Almost had to change my shorts…..
