Florida refinance options

Hello all, unfortunately I am getting divorced and need to refinance my RV and was wondering if anyone could recommend any options in southern Florida. Took a look at Essex but they have a ton of complaints on file. I will be heading down south next week and will have about 30 days to complete.

Thanks
Ray

I have used essex twice. I have a boat and rv with them. No problems at all. Quick, good rates and good service. JD

Do it soon as your credit picture in the future might not let you refinance

We also used Essex with no problems. Our actual loan is now handled by Bank of the West via Essex.

Thanks all, for those who used essex, how long ago? And how long did it take?
What issues did you encounter? Some of the complaints were that the application fees were very high. Was that the case.

Thanks
Ray

We used them less than 2 years ago. Process was < 30 days and I don't think we had any application fees. If we did, they were small.

4 months ago. No abnomal fees. 1 day approval. Dealt with someone in California, bought in Texas. They handled everything including inspection (verification of collateral) easy peasy. JD

Essex is owned by Bank or the West. Good Sam and Koa financing use Essex.

I just renewed my Good Sam membership and they sent me an offer to refi. my MH.

Also would be willing to finance the coach and give me cash. The offer sounds like what you are looking for.
