Freightliner Factory

Has anyone ever been to the freightliner factory in Cleveland N.C. ?
Thinking about making an appointment to have my MH serviced and tour the plant.

I have been to the Factory service center n Gaffney, SC. If you are headed there, I highly recommend that you take their Camp Freightliner course. Two days and very educational.

I've done the tour at the Freightliner factory in Gaffney, S.C. and had my rig serviced at their service center - both very worthwhile experiences. If you've done Camp Freightliner (I), there's the possibility of doing Camp II at the service center - you'll spend the day under your own rig with the tech - all questions are welcomed and you're 'up close and personal' ...

It looks like the Cleveland North Carolina plant manufactures truck chassis. The motorhome chassis are manufactured in the Gaffney South Carolina plant. I take my motorhome to Gaffney every year for service and have done the factory tour a couple of times. The tour was very interesting. I have also been to the Camp Freightliner class and as mentioned before, it was very worthwhile.

It all depends. I always like to get an appointment a couple of months out because it is in conjunction with one of our vacations ( was working at the time ). If they have a Camp Freightliner class going on, they get busy since people want to get their coach serviced at the same time. If you do not need a specific date, you should have many more options.

BTW, they have a number of 50 amp pedestals in their parking lot so you can stay there overnight.
