Fuse or breaker location.

My dash radio and my engine pre heat both suddenly quit. I suspect a fuse or breaker but cannot find any that are blown or tripped. Any idea where they might be located. I've checked the fuse breaker panel. Does the radio have a separate fuse behind the dash?

Found two small bits to share that might/might not be of help?
Radio power switch on dash? I suspect you are aware of that but might need to check it for defect, if finding no better answer.

Also a breaker for radio.
