Hot Water Heater Not Working on Electric

I have lost the hot water all of a sudden when under electric power. I think the Water Heater Thermostat / ECO Kit, Rear Mount 91873 is tripping on Atwood GCH10A-3E Water Heater. Has anyone had this problem?
