Model Compare

Is someone able to help with a model compare between the Sightseer and Sunova? Both have same MSRP but I can't really tell the difference. Thanks.

The Winnebago Sightseer and the Itasca Sunova are essentially twins. Except for possible difference in the front and rear cap and the paint and fabric color schemes they should be the same. In the past the Itasca models tended to have some things standard that were optional on the Winnebago models, but I'm not sure that that's still true today.

Hi,

The Sightseer (Winnebago) and the Sunova (Itasca) are the same unit but different color schemes and the graphics on the exterior.

If I was to choose (which I don't have to) I would choose the Sightseer. Both units are one model under the Adventurer (Winnebago) and the Suncruiser ( Itasca).

Good Luck!

If you want to know the exact differences between the two you can call Winnebago Industries at (641) 585-3535. You will be transferred to Customer Relations. We did when we were trying to determine the differences between the 2013 Adventurer and Itasca Suncruiser. The Customer Relations people had a list of 15 differences between the two. Almost all were either colors of fabrics, wall coverings, or paint schemes. The other non-color differences were badging. One would have either a Winnebago or Adventurer badge or logo where the other would have an Itasca badge or logo.

The net difference was that they were the same motorhomes with the same standard features and the same available options. The only differences were in the names and the available colors.

Hikerdogs,

I think that is what I said in post before yours.

I was attempting to reinforce your position by adding the fact that we actually contacted the factory and got an itemized list of the differences. They were all as you had said.
