I did the Android download from your listing, no problem. The Customer Service number listed is 800-123-4567, dials then hangup. Perhaps my unit is too old for their database.

You may have wrong version or something?
800-123-4567 seems like a development test number. You may wish to uninstall and download again.
I have Android version 1.0.2 (8633)

Well, found app and installed. Same issue, won't recognize my verified vin, No 2008 year option, years only 2014 thru 2022. Same bogus phone number.

You never said what version, Home page On User Button and look at the bottom.
The way it sounds, you may have a newer version but perhaps Winnebago loaded a test version? by mistake? I bet if I uninstalled and reinstalled I may get what you have?
Either way you have two issues and I don't see as connected.
I gave you correct Customer Service, make certain they fix that first.
I think your VIN # can easily be added to data base with a call. How old is irrelevant if they simply don't have the records, or you have typo in VIN #

Too old?
It doesn’t work for my 2013 Itasca Ellipse 42QD. You know, made by Winnebago…

Someone that thinks it is too old, just need to call Winnebago and ask.
Right now, I am not sure if the correct version of app is being downloaded. May the version with wrong Customer Care # is not connected to correct database?
Or maybe Winnebago was getting too many calls from the Apps so they changed it? I stated my version above and his correct Customer Care # and I can call direct from app without dialing. The App is cool now just to do that

Make sure your inputting your VIN and not your RV's serial number.
You can double check your VIN to be sure you have the correct number by visiting one of the many VIN inspection websites. You put your VIN into the site and it spits out your chassis' complete info - and you'll see if there are any Federal Recalls on your VIN, too.
Here's one that seems fairly legit - some try to get you to pay for the report: https://vingurus.com/decoder
Here's what your VIN should look like in general: 1F66F5DY6G0A12107

So much promise, so little delivery. Downloaded the app through the email notification on my S22. Setting up an account was difficult. Would not recognize our VIN. Tried manual lookup. No Journeys between 2017 and 2021 or prior to 2014. Customer svc # not in service. Assumed the issue to be somewhere between the keyboard and chair. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the playstore. Nope.
Hate having my hopes dashed just before lunch.

Thank you dkoldman. Apparently my 1999 Adventurer is to old for this app. 2019 appears to be the oldest accepted. To bad, :(

Don't know where you got that idea - my 2017 Adventurer is there.

Really, hmm. Must be a hiccup. I tried entering VIN and the app did not recognize it, so tried manually, went to enter year and only came up 2019 - 2022 as my options.

maybe Winnebago is giving out the free app as incentive / motivation for all with coaches older than 2019 to buy a new one? That app is going to be amazing; so you must have it. Just go buy a new 2022 Adventurer, that app should work
Seriously, I am still wondering if anyone actually called Customer Care to confirm what the intent is?

Well, that was certainly anti-climactic. Downloaded, installed. It accepted my VIN (2004 Itasca Sunrise). Came back with the correct serial number, but incorrect model (0W instead of M30W). No manuals or info available, and the "about my RV" section lists parts and "How To's" on things that are NOT on my RV, and were not even used back in 2004.

Tough crowd for something that is free
The OP clearly stated the below in Post #1
I set up an account and its somewhat interesting - though most of the info there was already known and available. For those that haven't done a lot or research on their motorhome there may be new details you were not aware of.
They do say that this is just a start and it will have lots more information added at a later date. Not sure what all are expecting? Not sure if anyone has bothered to call Winnebago to see what the plan is for their coach?
But for me, I am impressed with what Winnebago has done thus far. I worry they may charge for it eventually, but for now, I have all of my basic info and several training videos at my fingertips. It is worth noting that I can still access all of my other Coach information from the Winnebago's website using my desktop, laptop and phone.

I, too, am extremely impressed with the amount of information that I have been able to download from Winnebago's website on my RV, and have saved it to a flashdrive, as well as my Google Drive. Hopefully, they will add links to all of that info in the app, although I'm not sure how useful much of it would be on a tiny cellphone screen. None of the training videos currently on the app are applicable to my rig. The other issue is having to type in a one-time code that is sent to my phone, IN ADDITION to signing in with my email and password, to open the app. Really? I'm not accessing a bank account. Seems to be a bit of overkill for the info that this app offers.
So at this point, for me anyway, the app currently is worth pretty much what I paid for it, which is $0.
