NEW Winnebago App Now Available

Winnebago has a new smartphone app for owners. It's available for download now.

You register a new account, add your VIN number and the site populates with info and videos about your systems.

I set up an account and its somewhat interesting - though most of the info there was already known and available. For those that haven't done a lot or research on their motorhome there may be new details you were not aware of.

They do say that this is just a start and it will have lots more information added at a later date.

I'm afraid I do not know if it's for motorhomes only or if it includes Towable. Please let us know if you add your towable successfully.

App download

Thanks for the heads up on the Winnebago app. I had some issues getting it to work right as it's kept telling me the verification code was wrong. I finally just exited and logged in and found out that it had accepted my email and password. Not really that much in the app yet but I assume that will change. Kudos to Winnebago for having the best online information available to owners. Not too many times I have downloaded an app that the Play store says 100 plus times it's been downloaded.

Was not able to add my 2005 Adventurer. Said No RV Match found for this VIN. Tried to enter it manually and it only goes back to 2019. Too bad this could of been good.

Thank you sir. It worked nicely 1st time. I like it already. My VIN & Serial # are now always handy. I see some videos on items I have yet to have issues with; so it will be nice to view those for my coach. i.e. the Slide.

Winnebago continues to impress me. Most vendors would charge for something like this.

With that said one thing I noticed was search for Dealers. It has been a few years, but last time I tried to search for a Winnebago Dealer; I kept running into we don't service what we don't sell nonsense. It is moot point today, because I have a mobile technician that is really good that comes by the house

Thanks for the heads up on the app! Glad to see Winnebago is trying to consolidate info for your specific coach. I had no issue entering my 2017 Adventurer 35P, but not much there yet.

Thanks. I had no issues setting up an account. It recognized our Micro Minnie towable after entering the VIN.

I wasn’t able to add my coach, but the specs for a 2016 Vista 35B were there so I tagged as there for now as they are very similar year over year.

I agree, so far nothing “new” there, but the concept is great, as they continue to add data the idea of having all the coach info in one spot is amazing and I think a first for the industry. I can think of MANY times I was in the coach and having the ability to quickly pull up a plumbing or wiring diagram formatted for the phone would have been really handy.

Definitely interested to see where they take this over time, especially with the vast amounts of data they have had online for the various models over the years.

If you are talking the 3D parts diagram, no I have not seen that. I have all my manuals specific to my coach in very nice binders so I have never used the website for manuals. What I see is mostly videos.

I have been reading all of the comments that nothing of value, but I would not have assessed that way, but it may be subjective based on the owners knowledge base?

It is not complete with all of my RV specifications but what is there is helpful to me. Model Info is complete, Dimensions, capacities and weight limits are yet to come.

Lots of videos under About My RV. Laid out very nicely. Some thing under manual raise eyebrows like how to find water you are not at a campground I think under manuals is mostly articles, but I have not gone through them all.

I like being able to call Customer Care direct from the app and to send messages.

Wish it would let me add my Mobile Technician to call direct from the app. Winnebago Dealers that did not want to help me when my coach was new because I did not buy from them, will be last option to do business with now; given that I am well passed warranty and on my own.

Looks like I need to update my signature! My coach is 2015 Winnie Vista 35B. Im guessing they are still getting data loaded and will continue to work backwards in model years. But for “trial” purposes, there isn’t much different between mine and the 2016 Vista LX Model.

Definitely interested in seeing where they go with this, I think it’s got a lot of potential.

I believe the content available through the app may differ depending on what product you have. For Micro Minnie, there is no TT content yet. All the accessible videos are for motorized product.

I was very interested in the new app, but it will not take my VIN#, "not found. " It has my model (Journey) but it does not have years other than 2014 to current. Earliest is 2014, mine is 2008. Am I doing something wrong?

Not only is it the correct number but you can dial direct from the app.

They may tell you when / if you VIN will show? They made add it based on the call? I like mainly for now to have access to all of my info without having to go look it up. It has value to me right now. If someone takes the app away from me or say I have to pay I would be
