OK, which Winne/Itasca model, do you think was/is the most popular?

Gang,
While this is not a technical thread or wondering how to fix something, I thought it would be kind-a fun to take a bit of a poll, and ask what anyone thinks is or, has been, the most popular model of Winne/Itasca. Now, if the moderators think this post/thread is inappropriate in any way, it is of course, up to them to either move it or, eliminate it. No biggie.

But, in all of our travels and, being the fact that we've owned our present coach, an '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD with the C-7 330HP CAT, I've grown accustomed to noticing other Winnes and Itascas more than maybe other coach makes.

I will say this, I think both the wife and I have seen more Journeys than just about any other model. At least those stick out more, for some odd reason. We've also noticed many more Meridians than Horizons (of our year and or newer). The Adventurer seems pretty dominant out there too. Even when we went to the '14 Winne/Itasca WIT rally in Forest City, it seemed there were not nearly as many Horizons as Meridians and Journeys.

Again, this is no big deal. We just tend to notice what's out there. Without getting into production numbers and super details, I was just wondering.

We have a 2011 Suncruiser 35p and love it but we don't see very many others in our travels or on the forums. Not sure why.

Scott-

If you could figure out the choices you want to include, you could start a poll per these instructions:

http://www.irv2.com/forums/f62/how-t...ll-323013.html

You may even be able to ask the moderators to convert this thread, or add a poll to it.

My guess would be either the Adventurer or the Suncruiser. The Suncruiser has been in the Itasca lineup since 1988. The Adventurer has been in the Winnebago lineup since 1992.

I would guess there are more Adventurers on the road since according to dealers we've spoken with that sell both brands the Adventurer outsells the Suncruiser 2 to 1.

Both times when we were shopping for new motorhomes we considered either model. Both times we ended up with an Adventurer. After making the decision both salesmen made the comment that when it came time for resale they thought the Adventurer would sell quicker and for more money. Looking at several years data it appears the Adventurers do sell faster, but the Suncruisers command a slightly higher price.

If thinking all time I would have to think the Brave, judging how long they have been made
I remember Braves from way back and actually owned two over the years and loved both.

Seems I read somewhere a few years ago that the Adventurer was the best selling model of ALL rvs. I would believe it from all I see around.

We had a 2005 Meridian 34H for 10 years...it was a great coach! Last year, we left the "Winnebago cult" and now have a Tiffin Allegro Bus.

My vote is for the Adventurer and Suncruiser. We have one of each and really love both of these Winnebago offerings.

The Journey/Meridian was the top selling DP for several years during the early to mid 2000's so that is why you see a lot of them.
